Обязанности

• Answering calls and registering requests
• Managing the registration process for new messages and requests received via online platforms
• Providing [...]rmation in response to customer inquiries
• Resolving issues arising during the course of work
• Conducting effective analysis and ensuring accurate service delivery
• Performing other duties related to the role

Требования

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of work experience in the service sector,
• Excellent command of Armenian; good command of Russian and English,
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to concentrate and work under pressure
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to listen
• Cultured speech
