The Information Technology Center of the Armenian National Agrarian University (ANAU) is announcing a competition for the vacant position of Computer Technical Support Specialist.

Обязанности

• Install required software and resolve software-related issues

• Install and maintain network equipment and provide software servicing

• Perform network cable installation

• Install and provide software and technical support for computers, printers, and photocopying devices

• Set up computer labs

• Identify the causes of computer malfunctions and promptly fix them

• Detect and resolve network issues

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of computers, printers, and photocopying equipment

Требования

• Higher education

• At least 1 year of work experience in the technical field is required

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Experience in servicing printer equipment

• Knowledge of basic networking concepts

• Ability to acquire technical knowledge

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

• Teamwork skills
