Van Ardi is a boutique, family-owned winery committed to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Armenia. We value excellence, innovation, and a collaborative spirit. As we grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Tour Guide to join our team and oversee the Van Ardi Experience of a guest.

As a Winery Tour Guide, you will lead guests t[...]ough our vineyard and winery, providing engaging and [...]rmative tours that highlight our winemaking process, history, and unique offerings. Your role includes conducting wine tastings, educating visitors about our wines, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Strong communication skills, a passion for wine, and a friendly demeanor are essential. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, but not required.

• Guest Reception & Engagement: Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Personalized Tours: Lead [...]rmative and engaging tours of the vineyard and winery, tailoring the experience to guests' interests.

• Wine Education & Tasting: Guide guests t[...]ough wine tastings, offering insights into the winemaking process, history, and unique characteristics of each wine.

• Food Pairing Recommendations: Assist guests in selecting food pairings that complement their wine choices.

• Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating private tours, group bookings, and special events.

• Guest Feedback Management: Evaluate and address guest comments and feedback to enhance satisfaction.

• Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized tour area, ensuring all safety and operational guidelines are followed.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as reasonably required to support winery operations.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.

• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.

• Storytelling Ability: Skilled in storytelling to create memorable and engaging experiences for guests.

• Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.

• Time Management: Ability to manage schedules effectively and adhere to tour timelines.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital tools and reservation systems is advantageous.
