We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Design Team Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our graphic design team, ensuring high-
quality design output, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our marketing

and branding goals.

Job responsibilities

Lead and manage the graphic design team, including assigning tasks, providing
feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance our brand identity and
market presence.
• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various projects, including
marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Collaborate with the team members to create and execute campaigns that drive
engagement and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve
design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business
needs.

required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.
