Job description
The Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and management of the
company’s CRM processes. This role involves developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance
customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. The Senior CRM Specialist will lead the configuration
and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business goals. This position
requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in leveraging
CRM to drive growth.
Job responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Implementation:
o Lead the design, setup, and implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets the
business’s needs.
o Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement, acquisition,
and retention.
o Oversee the customization of the CRM system, including workflows, automation, and
integrations with other tools.
• Process Development & Optimization:
o Establish and document CRM processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and
aligned with business objectives.
o Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance productivity and
customer outcomes.
o Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of the CRM
system with other business systems.
• Data Management & Analysis:
o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CRM system.
o Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Develop and present regular reports on CRM performance to senior management,
making strategic recommendations.
required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related
field.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of setting up and
optimizing CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and their
configuration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Experience in developing CRM strategies and implementing customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
