"INGO" is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its growing team.

Job responsibilities

• Representing and protecting the company's interests in Armenian courts and other state bodies.
• Drafting and presenting claims, responses to claims, appellate and cassation complaints.
• Participating in court hearings and managing the current proceedings of ongoing cases.
• Representing the company’s interests in enforcement proceedings.
• Preparing responses to complaints and claims within the statutory deadlines.
• Preparing periodic reports on the cases and their progress.
• Participating in the preparation of the company’s legal documents.
• Providing legal advice to the company’s staff on various legal matters.
• Drafting and revising legal agreements and documents between the company and other legal and physical entities.
• Presenting legal conclusions on the contracts signed by the company.
• Submitting reports to Armenian legal bodies.
• Preparing inquiries to state authorities.
• Performing any other actions necessary for the fulfillment of the described functions and other instructions given by the leadership.

required qualifications

• Higher legal education.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian legislation and legal acts.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to operate in a dynamic business environment.
