We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and take the lead on local and international growth. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and enhancing brand presence, we'd like to meet you.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Sales & Business Development

• Manage and grow local and export sales channels, including direct clients, partners, and distributors.
• Determine sales targets and contribute to the sales strategy of the company
• Identify and onboard new distributors and clients to expand market reach and increase revenue.
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and optimized inventory.

Maintain proper sales records, prepare managerial and financial reports.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and events.
• Represent the brand at local and international expos, securing leads and partnerships.
• Create and collaborate on promotional materials, including social media content, blogs, and video assets.
• Ensure the company website is regularly updated with product news, event announcements, and engaging content.
• Develop fresh ideas to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and visibility online and offline.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in wine, food & beverage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus).
• Creative thinker with a hands-on approach.
