• Effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

• Using the knowledge gained during training sessions.

Требования

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian (C1) and good knowledge of Russian (B2); knowledge of English is desirable (B1).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt and navigate situations.
• Ability to respond calmly to conflict situations.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Work experience in maintenance and knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage.
