Joel LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a stron background in freight forwarding, transportation and supply chain management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

Обязанности
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing regular training.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to miximize profitability
  • Track and report sales performance, using analytical tools

Требования
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 1 + year of experience in sales within the logistics, transportation or freight forwarding industry
  • Strong understanding of transportation modes (air, sea, road, rail) and warehousing solutions
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive environment

Зарплата: 150.000 ֏ - 800.000 ֏ / До вычета налогов в месяц
