Joel LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a stron background in freight forwarding, transportation and supply chain management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing regular training.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to miximize profitability
- Track and report sales performance, using analytical tools

required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 1 + year of experience in sales within the logistics, transportation or freight forwarding industry
- Strong understanding of transportation modes (air, sea, road, rail) and warehousing solutions
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive environment
Required candidate level: Senior
Salary: 150.000 ֏ - 800.000 ֏ / gross a month
