We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Staff planning, development and publication of announcements for vacant positions
- Candidate search, CV filtering, conducting interviews
- Providing adaptation and guidance (mentoring) of new employees
- Maintaining personal files, employment contracts and personnel orders
- Preparing vacation schedules, recording attendance and working hours
- Implementation and organization of KPI and performance evaluation systems
- Implementation of staff training and development programs
- Formation of corporate culture, strengthening team spirit
- Initiation of programs aimed at increasing employee well-being, engagement and motivation
- Preparation and conduct of inspections by state inspection and supervisory bodies, exclusion of fines and penalties
- Digitalization and automation of HRM processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
required qualifications
- Higher education (preferably in HRM, management, law)
- At least 2 years of work experience in HRM
- Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia
- Experience in maintaining personnel documents and preparing audits
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical thinking, organization, high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English desirable
