We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Staff planning, development and publication of announcements for vacant positions
• Candidate search, CV filtering, conducting interviews
• Providing adaptation and guidance (mentoring) of new employees
• Maintaining personal files, employment contracts and personnel orders
• Preparing vacation schedules, recording attendance and working hours
• Implementation and organization of KPI and performance evaluation systems
• Implementation of staff training and development programs
• Formation of corporate culture, strengthening team spirit
• Initiation of programs aimed at increasing employee well-being, engagement and motivation
• Preparation and conduct of inspections by state inspection and supervisory bodies, exclusion of fines and penalties
• Digitalization and automation of HRM processes
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Higher education (preferably in HRM, management, law)
• At least 2 years of work experience in HRM
• Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia
• Experience in maintaining personnel documents and preparing audits
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical thinking, organization, high sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English desirable
