Job description
We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Work closely with the IT team and product shareholders to plan and manage project delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand product goals, priorities, and business needs
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, tasks, and deadlines
- Track project progress, identify blockers, and help the team find solutions
- Prepare regular reports, updates, and status summaries for management and stakeholders
required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in fintech, govtech, or business automation will be a big plus
- At least an intermediate level of English and Russian
