We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Work closely with the IT team and product shareholders to plan and manage project delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand product goals, priorities, and business needs
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, tasks, and deadlines
• Track project progress, identify blockers, and help the team find solutions
• Prepare regular reports, updates, and status summaries for management and stakeholders

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in fintech, govtech, or business automation will be a big plus
• At least an intermediate level of English and Russian
