Job description

Unimine is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies. Job responsibilities

Identify potential buyers and develop a strategic approach to effectively engage them,
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of partner organizations,
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring that terms align with the organization’s goals and legal requirements,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and product development) to execute partnership initiatives,
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and provide regular reports to management,
Stay [...]rmed about industry trends, market activity, and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities,
Represent the organization at international conferences, events, and meetings to promote our brand and build relationships.

required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, International Relations or related field is desirable.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Knowledge of languages ​​relevant to international markets is an asset.
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work experience in the specified field and proficiency in English is desirable.
